Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the FasalPro public website and school-management service. By accessing or using FasalPro, you agree to these terms. If you use FasalPro for a school or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

A written proposal, order, or service agreement accepted by FasalPro and a school may contain additional terms. If those written terms conflict with this page, the written agreement controls for that school's service.

FasalPro does not provide public registration. Accounts are created by authorized administrators and assigned a Platform Admin, School Admin, Teacher, Student, or Parent role.

• Provide accurate information when using an account.
• Keep credentials private and do not share an account.
• Replace a temporary password when FasalPro requires it.
• Notify an administrator promptly if an account may be compromised.
• Use only the school, role, and records you are authorized to use.

Activity performed through an account may be attributed to that account unless FasalPro or the school is notified of unauthorized use.

A school using FasalPro is responsible for:

• deciding which authorized users and school records are added to the service;
• managing account roles, status, and access within its authority;
• ensuring that submitted information is lawful, accurate, and appropriate for school operations;
• providing any notices or permissions it is required to provide to staff, students, parents, or guardians; and
• reviewing results, attendance, fees, and other consequential school records before relying on them.

You may use FasalPro only for lawful, authorized school-management, learning, communication, administration, and support purposes. You must follow applicable school policies and reasonable instructions from authorized administrators.

You must not:

• access another school's, user's, or family's records without authorization;
• probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security controls;
• upload malicious code or disrupt the service or its users;
• use automated means to scrape or overload FasalPro;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
• use FasalPro to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• submit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content; or
• resell or commercially exploit FasalPro without written permission.

Schools and their authorized users retain their rights in the records and content they submit. They grant FasalPro the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, protect, and display that content to operate and support the service.

FasalPro and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, design, documentation, branding, and service improvements. These terms do not transfer ownership of FasalPro technology or branding to a user or school.

FasalPro is currently offered through an assisted rollout, and this website does not provide an online checkout. A school is not charged merely for asking a question or requesting a proposal.

Any plan, fee, billing period, renewal, tax, payment deadline, or cancellation term must be stated in a written proposal or service agreement accepted by the school. That document controls the commercial relationship.

FasalPro may maintain, update, improve, or change the service. Where practical, material changes affecting a school's use will be communicated through an appropriate channel.

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, address non-payment under an applicable agreement, or prevent harm. A school's written agreement may provide additional termination and data-handling terms.

FasalPro is a tool for organizing school information; it does not replace professional judgment or a school's responsibility for its academic, financial, safeguarding, or administrative decisions. Authorized users should verify important records before acting on them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Any warranties, service commitments, remedies, or limits of liability agreed for a school are defined in its written service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Privacy Policy explains how FasalPro handles personal information. A school may also have privacy notices and policies that apply to its users and records.

FasalPro may update these terms as the service develops. The effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply, subject to any notice or consent required by an applicable agreement or law.
