Accounts and access
Who creates FasalPro accounts?
Accounts are created by authorized administrators. FasalPro does not offer public registration, so every account begins inside the correct school and role boundary.
What happens the first time I sign in?
Use the temporary password provided by an administrator. FasalPro then requires a strong permanent password before you continue.
What if I forget my password?
Contact an authorized administrator. They can issue a new temporary password, and your next sign-in requires another password change.
Which roles does FasalPro support?
Schools use School Admin, Teacher, Student, and Parent accounts. Authorized FasalPro operators use separate Platform Admin access for school onboarding and support.
Security and privacy
Can one school see another school's data?
No. School ownership is enforced throughout the data model and protected routes. Cross-school requests are rejected by tenant and authorization checks.
How are signed-in sessions protected?
FasalPro uses short-lived access sessions and rotating, one-use refresh credentials. Signing out revokes the related session family, and reused credentials are rejected.
What happens if an account becomes inactive?
Inactive accounts cannot sign in. Protected requests also check current account status instead of trusting an old session alone.
Product and roles
Which school workflows does FasalPro cover?
FasalPro connects academic years and rollover, people and permissions, calendars, attendance, timetables, grading, exams and results, fees and payments, reports, activity history, and announcements.
Does every role see the same workspace?
No. Each role receives a focused view and only the permissions needed for its work. Ownership checks add further protection for personal records.
Pricing and support
How does a school get started?
First we confirm the school's structure, workflows, support needs, and written proposal. FasalPro then prepares the school and first administrator. The school configures its calendar, grading, classes, and accounts, and tests each role before using real school records.
How is FasalPro priced?
FasalPro is currently offered through an assisted rollout. We review the school's size, structure, workflows, and support needs, then provide a written proposal before any payment. No card or checkout is used on this website.
How can I contact FasalPro?
Use the Contact page for onboarding, product, or support guidance, or email support@fasalpro.com. Asking a question does not create an account or require payment.
Need an answer for your school?
