Privacy Policy

Depending on how the service is used, FasalPro may handle:

• Account and contact information, such as a name, username, email address, phone number, school, and assigned role.
• School records, such as classes, subjects, enrolment, attendance, timetables, exams, results, fees, invoices, payments, and announcements.
• Security and activity information, such as sign-in times, account status, session records, security events, audit-log entries, and relevant IP addresses.
• Enquiry information that you choose to include when emailing FasalPro for product, onboarding, or support help.

Passwords are protected using one-way password hashing. FasalPro does not need to store or display a readable copy of your permanent password.

FasalPro uses information to:

• provide the school-management features a school enables;
• create and administer authorized accounts;
• authenticate users and protect signed-in sessions;
• enforce role, school, and record-ownership boundaries;
• investigate security events and maintain audit evidence;
• respond to enquiries and provide requested support; and
• maintain, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability.

Schools create and manage their users' accounts and determine which school records are entered into FasalPro. Users receive a specific role—Platform Admin, School Admin, Teacher, Student, or Parent—and do not all see the same information.

FasalPro applies school-isolation, role, and ownership checks to protected requests. If your question concerns a student record, parent relationship, staff record, or account managed by a school, contacting that school is usually the most direct first step.

The signed-in product uses strictly scoped, HTTP-only cookies to keep an authenticated session working. These security cookies are not available to browser scripts and use strict same-site settings.

The current public website does not use advertising cookies or a public tracking sign-up flow. The Contact page prepares a message in your own email application; it does not submit the form into a FasalPro marketing database.

FasalPro does not sell personal information.

Information may be made available only where appropriate:

• to authorized users within the relevant school and role;
• to infrastructure or service providers supporting secure operation of FasalPro, under appropriate safeguards;
• where required to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or investigate misuse; or
• as part of a legitimate organizational transaction, subject to continued protection of the information.

Retention depends on the type of record, the school's operational needs, security requirements, and applicable obligations. FasalPro keeps information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for those purposes.

Some security audit records are append-only so that sensitive actions remain accountable. A user or school record may also be restricted from deletion while required audit evidence or related school records still depend on it.

FasalPro uses measures designed to protect information, including password hashing, short-lived access sessions, rotating one-use refresh credentials, account-status checks, access controls, school isolation, throttling, and immutable security auditing.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe an account or record may be at risk, contact the school administrator and FasalPro support promptly.

You may ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy concern by contacting the school that manages the record or emailing FasalPro at support@fasalpro.com.

FasalPro may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. The available response can depend on the record, the school's responsibilities, and applicable requirements.
